Hey,

ok,the participation in Narshardaa and booking tours isn't enough anymore.

While running Narshardaa with a good friend of mine i realized the two of
us have a very different taste of music most of the time and that we
skipped opportunities to put out records for bands i loved way too
often,so i have decided to start my very own label to put out that kinda
stuff.

Inspired by Native Nod the label will be called Cut The Cord
That...Records.The song continues with "strangles your head",but i think
there are many cord more in life that should be cut,right ? very pathetic
label name,but who cares ?

First two releases will be Euro version of demo tapes by American bands.

CTCT 001 - SKRAPYARD - 2010 demo tape
New band from Chicago with Ryan from RAW NERVE.They sound a little bit
like RAW NERVE,but much more like 86 MENTALITY.You'll get some super fast
and brutal oi.Five songs in a little more than five minutes.Lyrics against
work,cops,life in general.Desperate and nihilistic.Love that shit.Stuff
was sold out at Youth Attack etc. very fast,but here's your chance to get
this on tape.And not only mp3s,which you can find if you hit the link

CTCT 002 - NEON PISS - demo tape
Words can't describe how good i think this is.Best band i have listened to
in years.Melodic punk not unlike OBSERVERS or NO HOPE FOR THE KIDS or even
CRIMINAL DAMAGE,but with soooo much catchier melodies.Haven't listened to
anything else since i discovered it.Thank you,Robert Collins for putting
this on your blog,telling me how great their are and putting me in contact
with their drummer Greg.They are from Oakland and San Francisco and just
played their fifth show ever.Think they will be huuuuge soon & everybody
will love and talk about them.MUST HAVE without ANY doubt.

Will press 100 copies of each tape and both should be out the end of
January.Think we might will repress the NEON PISS later depending on how
many people want it,but the SKRAPYARD will be a one time press.A 7" for my
label might will follow soon.

Super ! le gars Flo ne trade même pas ces tapes ! Je lui ai proposé des longues durées contre ces démos de 5 minutes en plus, et puis de la daube, tu parles, BURNT CROSS et NEON MANIACS. Même un single trade, pas moyen. Bien. Je me contenterais donc des mp3s sans aucun problème. Je me lancerai bien dans une tirade bien vacharde et tout, mais finalement je m'en branle. Je vais regarder le match.
