Bilan 2008

Ayé, l'année is over, il est temps de faire péter vos best/worst of 2008 : 10 (ou 5 ou 250) meilleurs albums, EPs, rééditions/discographies, concerts, zines... et/ou les pires.

J'avais une liste presque prête mais quelques acquisitions toutes récentes risquent de changer la donne (Hjertestop LP...), alors je posterai ça plus tard.

TOP CONCERTS 2008

* SISTA SEKUNDEN (Bordeaux, la centrale): meilleur concert dans la catégorie "20 pelés dans le public"
* AGHAST + DISSIPED + 3,5 chansons de YOUSSOUF TODAY (Toulouse, à la fac): meilleur concert emo + larsens finlandais iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
* DSB + GASMASK TERRÖR + PROCESSION FUNEBRE (Bordeaux, l'inca): meilleur concert avec une chaise+blousons de moto en tant qu'ustensiles de "spectacle"
* et puis ex-aequo: FUCKED UP (Pasaia, Mogambo), encore mieux qu'à Getaria, ils ont joué police avec le refrain chanté en basque haha, super ambiance // GASMASK TERRÖR + IRON ETA MAIDEN (St Jean de Luz, gaztetxe): Disclose v.s. that fest/show that Gasmask Terrör and Black Dove played in Baltimore was insane! I wish there were more bands that I liked on the bill. It would have been perfect.

I haven't heard the Hjertestop: Vi Ses i Helvede 12" yet, since I'm waiting for the US version to come out. Losing patience, though. I'm certain it belongs in this list.

The Magrudergrind drummer who booked that fest in Baltimore is actually playing in Bordeaux tomorrow night, but we won't even be here to see them (we'll be Gasmask Terrorizing the Basque)... Bummer, he's such a nice guy.

Just heard the new Rajoitus LP this week, it's great! Should be in my list now.
